About Me
Hai An "Han" Nguyen is a designer, animator and 3D artist from Vietnam. He holds a BS with departmental honors in Studio Art from Skidmore College. Han has had his work exhibited in the 2023 Juried Exhibition at the Schick Art Gallery in which he won the Van Dewater Memorial Award, and the Senior Art Thesis Exhibition at the Tang Teaching Museum. His debut animated short film, "Dear Nana", has been screened at multiple festivals, including New York Animation Film Awards, NewFest: The New York LGBTQ+ Film Festival, Los Angeles Super Shorts Film Festival, New Jersey Independent Film Festival, and more.
Having lived and studied in Vietnam, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, Han enjoys traveling and meeting people from different cultures. In his free time, Han sketches, crochets, and hangs out with his cats and dogs. Han currently resides in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
